Collection and processing of personal data
We collect personal data in order to facilitate your use of our services. Personal data in the form of your name and e-mail address are collected in order to create an account. It is up to you if you chose to provide more personal information than that which is requested. Personal data is only collected after your consent. Data is only collected to the minimal amount needed in order to provide our services. Personal data is shared with third parties in the event that the user has given consent for this or when it is required by law. We provide clear information about what the personal data will be used for before you are asked to give consent.
Storage of personal data
Personal data is stored during the time the user has an account with Modernera Technologies. All personal data is stored in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The user’s personal data is encrypted when possible.
Right to information
You have the right to request information regarding personal data which we process and store. You may also request that any incorrect personal data be changed.
Right to erase personal data
You have the right to permanently erase all of your personal data which is stored with us. To do this you must delete your account, which will also permanently delete all of your apps. You can do this by clicking on the ”Delete account” button when on the settings page of your account.
Breach notification
If there is a breach of data which could put your personal data at risk we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery. We will also notify the Swedish Data Inspection Board within 72 hours of the breach.
